SPACE 04

Frankfurt Residential House: utility room and laundry

In Frankfurt, Spaces transforms a small bathroom into a refined, functional environment, where every corner is designed to optimise space without sacrificing style. The laundry and shower have been elegantly separated, maintaining brightness and harmony.

In this project, Spaces is used to separate the technical compartment containing the washing machine and dryer from the shower area. The extra-clear Lines glass alternating with clear glass ensures a functional separation, partially masking the technical compartment. Hinged doors optimise access while maintaining light and order, with non-ceiling heights for effective ventilation.

  2. Hinged door with in-line fixed panel for the shower area

Materials used

The glass used is extra-clear and etched, alternating between frosted] and transparent finishes to optimise the available light. The aluminium alloy profiles with a matt finish, guarantee strength and optimum functionality.
